In addition to the 'classic karate', there are now also 'FIT TO FIGHT' training sessions.

Gladiators, samurais, and modern martial artists all top fit to take on the fight. Become too ‘FIT TO FIGHT’!

  • Training with a.o. pads, kettlebells and elastic;

  • With our training sessions you only confront yourself, so no sparring sessions;
  • Combat Exercises From Yoga, tai chi, kickboxing, kobujutsu, and of course karate;
  • Unique registration system with (to begin) choice of 4 morning workouts and 5 evening workouts.

  • Monday from 18:30 – 19:30 in 19:30-20:30
  • Tuesday from 18:30 – 19:30
  • Thursday of 18:30 – 19:30 in 19:30-20:30
  • Saturday from 08:00 – 09:00
